Micro sites
As part of our “teaching print devotees about the web” campaign, FPC Online created basic micro sites, solely designed to represent the brand online and to push subscriptions. In 2004 these micro sites needed a make-over, and we came up with a “no nav” template – everything you needed to know on the one page, no navigation. We rolled these out across a number of titles – delicious., Australian Country Style, Gardening Australia, Parents, Australian Golf Digest, and Two Wheels to name but a few. So far they have proven exceptionally successful, making up a tidy percentage of the bottom line of all FPC Magazines subscriptions.
